  Don't do it !!!!!! Week 3 no shower still ongoing / sales exc rude nasty / sent wrong part 3 times / agressive defensive phone manner washing in garden with a bucket for 3 weeks, you would like this go ahead ... you will regret it bitterly will get trading standard's involved for sure

  worst company to deal with. It is next to scam companies, and miles away for acceptable British consumer rights. Returns or refunds do not exist on their policy, once your card is charged you will not get any money back. I asked for replacing item and they charged me for the same delivery 45 gbp collection and 30gbp delivery, so I end up 75gbp cost for nothing. I spent 1k and halve of the items lasted for months, I need to renovate my bathroom again.one star is bonus, I could give no more than minus one star even zero is too much.
