  If only there was minus star rating. This company is sooooo bad that I will run out of words in their praises.
  
  1) Once you've rescheduled the delivery upon the receipt of missed parcel card, you expect it to be delivered. NOPE, not with DX, they decide to change the date without consulting you or your availability.
  
  2) On the date THEY change, you keep waiting and tracking online, ONLY to find that it states FAILED DELIVERY online despite they have never attempted delivery.
  
  3) You can never get through to the person on the phone, the only way of contacting is email.
  
  4) They lie through their teeth that they attempted delivery. And when challenged, they change their story and say that driver forgot to update the device and actually the delivery is due the next day.
  
  5) Worse part of all is that you can not do anything about it. All the big name organisation seem to continue giving them the business and the only one loosing, Is you and Your Mind.
