  MOT season normally makes me feel anxious. This time around it went so smoothly. Easy to book (online) you guys called and confirmed. No confusing language - process explained Easy to find. Lots of parking. And a call to say car is ready. Polite friendly staff.

  Rubbish service reception man full of flannel. They are just trying to sell you stuff you don't need. My car failed on brake pads and disc and reported nail in rear tyre. Under advisory they listed other tyres at amber with 2.4 mm legal tread left and 1.4mm legal tread depth left on other tyres. Also couldn't test rear seat belt because of child seat in back so we removed it for the retest next day and they still reported a child seat in back!!! They wanted us to wait to do full retest just to remove the advisory of a child seat in the car. No thank you
