  I bought a Fiesta from them in January 2012 Absolute con men at Langley Motors. The warranty they supply is worthless as they shirk all responsibility of it and get quite rude about it. I could not check the rear windscreen when I bought the car so they specifically wrote on the warranty that it had not been checked and would be covered yet when it turns out it had 3 broken elements they repeatedly refused to satisfactorily repair it or replace it. After many threats of legal action I did eventually get a small amount of money back and called it quits. One of the most amusing things that happened was the man who sold me the car on the phone point blank refusing to carry out the repair; it was amusing when I provided the recording of this conversation after being told that this conversation didn't happen. I was also told that recording conversations was illegal!!
  
  Do not buy a car from them under any circumstances, you will regret it.
  
  Also note how fake their positive reviews are on various websites, they are clearly writing them themselves.
