  1 star is about right after a 2 week service. I gave this company the benefit of the doubt and signed up to a year long contract and paid it up
  Front as we wanted a Hastle free service with no other real options for the area. The company has failed to collect the bins already on 2 occasions. The account manager never responds. And if she does it be a yes answer I get it done with no apology or any thing. I wasn't born yesturday and I am aware when some is telling me what I need to hear. Yes I understand there are departments in a company. How ever Amey need to
  Get their act together and sort their business purpose out.
  
  Service :: useless.
  
  Look elsewhere before.
  
  I'm writing this due to frustration and Amey not understanding how important the service is and what the knock effect it has on the business.
  
  We were promised a key for the bin. Still no key. The bin given for a new contract was dirty and an old one previously used by a the tenant before.
  
  Amey very quick to sell the product and have negative remarks about simalar sippliers in the area. To be frank. Your not much better.
