  AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
  Mostly friend staff, very unhelpful managers who when they don't get the work done in the time frame they state will threaten you with cancelling the insurance on the courtesy car if you go back to work which you taking time off from because they didn't do the job properly in the first place.

  Hi, I would like to share my experience at Thames Alfa today. Firstly the sales person that called me to confirm the test drive assumed that I was not going to buy the car on Sunday so he tried to put me off the test drive. Secondly, I got there today at 10 am, the sales guy that welcomed me did not consider the person that was with me, we didn't get offered a drink, it was like he couldn't be bothered. Then the test drive, the car was disgusting it was so dirty, after we came back from the drive we sat down and he didn't try to sell me the car with his best offer £250 off the price of the car. I am not stupid so I was ready with different offers on my phone from different dealer in particular in Derbyshire I got 19.5% deal on the same car:-) he didn't try to sell the car at all. Also his knowledge of the Giulia was minimum and he was more interested in watching the girls out the window that my questions. Thank you for the experience!! Sorry bought the car elsewhere.
